VetAdventures are unique eco-package trips tailored to delivering our volunteers with challenging and fulfilling experiences.

Our programmes are tailored for suitablility into three broad categories. New Graduates/Vet Student Programmes for new graduates and vet students, GAP Year for those who are planning to choose an animal welfare orientated career and Adventurers for clients who want to experience a truly unique and unforgettable holiday experience whilst helping to make a difference to animals in need. The Adventure programmes offer a range of experinces from ultra luxury wildlife safaris to Mountain Gorilla trekking. All our trips have specialist interest and offer a unique experience unavailable anywhere else.

Health and Insurance

Our country information should be used as a guide only. For up-to-date information on immunisations please consult your doctor. You will need to allow plenty of time before travelling for your immunisations to be effective. Do not leave this until the last minute.

Comprehensive travel insurance is included as an optional extra for our packages, please read the details prior to departure. Should volunteers decide to take out their own insurance, note that E111 forms are no longer valid. Instead you should obtain a European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) available free of charge from Post Offices and the Department of Health website
